C\u2019est donc sa taille qui d\u00e9termine sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accueillir des b\u00fbches de bois plus ou moins grandes et donc son autonomie.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Un tiroir \u00e0 cendres ou cendrier <\/strong>: il se situe au-dessous du foyer de combustion et sert \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des cendres.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Un four <\/strong>: le contr\u00f4le de sa temp\u00e9rature s\u2019effectue gr\u00e2ce au thermom\u00e8tre, pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 350\u00b0C. La temp\u00e9rature est r\u00e9gul\u00e9e en fonction de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019air (tirage), de la taille des b\u00fbches et de la fr\u00e9quence d\u2019alimentation du foyer en bois.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Des plaques de cuisson<\/strong> : g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en fonte, elles permettent la cuisson de vos plats : cuire, saisir, griller, bouillir. Comme pour le four, leur temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9pend de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du feu.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Un levier pour le r\u00e9glage du tirage<\/strong> : le feu a besoin du dioxyg\u00e8ne contenu dans l\u2019air ambiant pour br\u00fbler. C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce au tirage que l\u2019on va r\u00e9gler le d\u00e9bit d\u2019air entrant dans la chambre de combustion :<\/p><p><strong>\u00c0 fort tirage<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire avec une arriv\u00e9e d\u2019air maximale, le feu va \u00eatre intense, ce qui va avoir pour effet de chauffer plus rapidement mais aussi de consommer plus rapidement votre b\u00fbche. Ce mode est en revanche parfait pour l\u2019allumage de votre syst\u00e8me de chauffage au bois.<\/p><p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, <strong>\u00e0 faible tirage<\/strong>, le bois va br\u00fbler plus lentement et la chaleur sera plus douce.<\/p><p>Ce levier vous permet de g\u00e9rer la puissance que vous allez donner \u00e0 votre tirage.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Une buse pour l\u2019extraction des fum\u00e9es <\/strong>: c\u2019est la sortie au-dessus de la cuisini\u00e8re \u00e0 bois qui permet d\u2019installer la fumisterie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vacuation des fum\u00e9es par les conduits de raccordement et conduits de fum\u00e9e.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>L\u2019habillage <\/strong>: il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en fonte ou en acier. La fonte est choisie pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 emmagasiner et \u00e0 restituer de la chaleur, tandis que l\u2019acier permet la cr\u00e9ation de cuisini\u00e8res au design plus contemporain.
